Size/Fit Summary: True to size, Regular fit with the addition of being slightly fitted around the foot. If you are in-between sizes, have a wider foot or want to wear a thick sock, it is recommended to size up.
Note: The elastic gusset is not fully waterproof.

A wider ankle circumference, and an increased curve in the heel and around the Achilles tendon delivers an even more comfortable fit. The new and improved Hunter Original Chelsea Boot has an even more optimum fit to maximise all-day comfort. Ready for rain, each boot is handcrafted from natural rubber and vulcanised for superior protection. Retaining the iconic features of a traditional Chelsea, it features elasticated-gussets and has a nylon pull-tab to make stepping into the boot easy. In a classic black matte, these waterproof Chelsea's are a wet weather wardrobe essential.

Standard delivery on products below £50 to the UK mainland costs £4.99. Any products over £50 are free, We try very hard to despatch orders as soon as we can, with most orders despatched within 1-2 working days. Should there be a stock shortage on your order, we will endeavour to contact you to inform you of the likely delivery time.
If you need your order delivered overnight, we offer an express (next working day) delivery service.
We are not able to offer a next-day (express) delivery service to Highlands of Scotland, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Delivery will be by international courier and will be charged according to country and weight. US customers please note that in order to keep shipping costs low, we are not able to provide information for you to reclaim VAT on purchases.

Please be aware that there may be duty and fees for your order depending on amount and location, these are handled by our shipping partners. if you need more information please contact us before placing your order.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Stewardsons of Hawkshead, Main Street, Hawkshead, Ambleside, Cumbria LA22 0NT.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund from a shop purchase, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, this may vary.
