Same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm (noon).
Standard delivery on products below £50 to the UK mainland costs £4.99. Any products over £50 are free, We try very hard to despatch orders as soon as we can, with most orders despatched within 1-2 working days. If you need your order delivered overnight, we offer an express (next working day) delivery service.
We are not able to offer a next-day (express) delivery service to Highlands of Scotland, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland.

Returns
Our policy lasts 16 days. If 16 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Stewardsons of Hawkshead, Main Street, Hawkshead, Ambleside, Cumbria LA22 0NT.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, this may vary.
