We have engineered this high collar with a flexible, soft-stretch ribbed stitch. It is designed to sit comfortably against the neck, providing a cosy barrier against cold drafts without pressing tightly against your throat or flattening your hair, ensuring comfort from morning to night.
What is the best way to dry this jumper so the embroidery doesn't wrinkle?
Because this garment contains wool and detailed embroidery, it should never be tumble dried. After running it through a cool, gentle wool cycle inside out, press out excess moisture with a clean towel. Lay the jumper completely flat on a drying rack, smoothing out the embroidered sections with your fingers while damp so they dry perfectly flat.

Our policy lasts 16 days. If 16 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
