Does this dressing gown have an internal tie, or does it rely only on the external belt?
We have designed this gown with both. In addition to the main belt tie on the outside, there are fabric ribbon ties on the inside. This ensures the robe stays securely closed when you are moving around, making breakfast, or curling up on the sofa.
What is the best way to wash this robe to keep the fleece as fluffy as when it was new?
To preserve the plush loft and cloud-soft texture, machine wash the dressing gown inside out on a cool, gentle cycle using a mild liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibres and cause the fleece to mat over time. Hang it to air dry; once dry, give it a gentle shake to restore its original fluffy fullness.

Our policy lasts 16 days. If 16 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
