What is the best way to launder this cotton-wool blend to prevent pilling or shrinking?
To preserve the fibres and the crisp pattern, machine wash the jumper inside out on a cool, gentle wool or delicates cycle using a mild liquid detergent. Avoid high-speed spins and never tumble dry. After washing, simply reshape the garment while damp and lay it flat on a clean towel away from direct heat to dry.

Our policy lasts 16 days. If 16 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
